Neurological Physiotherapy

Physiotherapist supporting client with balance exercises for neurological rehabilitation

At Potentiate Rehab, our Neurological Physiotherapy services are designed to help NDIS participants regain independence, improve mobility, and optimise functional outcomes. We work with individuals living with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, acquired brain injury (ABI/TBI), Guillain-Barré syndrome, Huntington’s disease, multiple system atrophy (MSA), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), and other neurodegenerative or acquired neurological conditions. Our approach combines personalised, evidence-based therapy with a focus on each participant’s goals, abilities, and environment, ensuring therapy is meaningful and impactful.

We use objective outcome measures to track progress over time, tailoring interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback. Detailed reports are provided to participants, families, and support coordinators, helping to guide care, access funding, and support continuity across services. Our aim is to deliver high-quality, measurable, and participant-centred care that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence.
