MEET THE TEAM
Physiotherapists
Richard Chen
Richard is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about bringing hospital-level care to the community, ensuring his clients receive the highest standard of care. Since graduating in 2020, he has had extensive experiencing working in ICU, respiratory wards, neurological rehab wards, orthopaedic wards, and aged care wards. He specialises in complex respiratory care involving tracheostomies and ventilators. Richard has a keen interest in post-op conditions and neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, and motor neurone disease.
Richard prioritises clear and open communication with patients, their families, and support coordinators to ensure a collaborative approach to care. By keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned, he facilitates holistic, patient-centred rehabilitation that supports long-term health outcomes.
Richard provides physiotherapy services to all clients with a special interest in: mental health conditions, neurological rehab, complex respiratory diagnoses and amputee rehab.
Min Joon Ham
Min Joon (MJ) is a physiotherapist with a strong interest in Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke Rehab, and functional mobility training. MJ is passionate about supporting clients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. With dual qualifications of a Bachelors’ of Chiropractic, and a Masters of Physiotherapy, MJ employs a holistic approach of manual therapy and targeted exercises when working with his clients.
Outside of work, MJ enjoys tennis, golf, strength training, and cooking!
Jordana Panetta
Jordana has been working as a physiotherapist since 2017 and brings a broad range of clinical experience across acute respiratory care, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and frailty management. She has also worked extensively in subacute and community rehabilitation, supporting clients following surgery and those living with neurological conditions.
Jordana is passionate about delivering client-centred care and believes that effective therapy starts with making clients feel supported, heard, and empowered. She takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy, considering not only physical goals but also each client’s lifestyle, values, and long-term wellbeing.
Linda Moon
Linda is a physiotherapist with experience across private practice, community rehabilitation, aged care, and disability services. She has worked with clients presenting with a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic health, and mobility-related conditions, supporting individuals to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
Linda takes a practical, goal-oriented approach to physiotherapy, focusing on the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction rather than solely treating symptoms. She combines targeted exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy, education, and self-management strategies to help clients build confidence and maintain independence in everyday life. Linda also speaks Korean, supporting clear communication and culturally responsive care.
Jessica Ngo
Jessica is a physiotherapist with experience spanning acute hospital, community, and disability settings. Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2019, she has worked across aged care, neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, and NDIS caseloads including both adult and paediatric populations in community, aquatic, and inpatient environments.
Jessica has a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation and disability, and brings hands-on experience with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, and cerebral palsy. She is also multilingual, speaking English, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, supporting accessible and culturally responsive care for a diverse range of clients.
Khalid Khalak
Khalid is a physiotherapist with First Class Honours, bringing experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic pain, and community rehabilitation settings. Since graduating from Western Sydney University in 2024, he has worked across private practice and community-based physiotherapy, managing high-volume caseloads across diverse clinical presentations including NDIS, DVA, and private funding streams. He also completed clinical rotations across acute care, ICU, neurological rehabilitation, paediatrics, and musculoskeletal outpatient settings at several Sydney hospitals.
Khalid takes a results-oriented, client-centred approach to physiotherapy, combining strong clinical reasoning with a focus on functional outcomes and sustainable rehabilitation. He is multilingual, speaking English, Hindi, and Urdu, supporting culturally responsive care for a diverse range of clients.
Laura Hung
Laura is a physiotherapist and accredited exercise physiologist with over 10 years of experience across NSW Health, private hospitals, community, aged care, and private practice. She has held senior and leadership roles within the public health system, including as a Level 3 Senior Orthopaedic and Surgical Physiotherapist and Level 4 Student Educator, and has worked across a broad range of settings including ICU, acute wards, inpatient rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and community home visits.
Laura brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, with a particular passion for aged care and disability. She works collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support functional independence, safe discharge, and long-term wellbeing. Laura also has conversational proficiency in Cantonese, supporting accessible and culturally responsive care.
Matthew Tsang
Matthew is a physiotherapist with experience across both public hospital and community settings, bringing strong clinical skills across cardiorespiratory, neurological, orthopaedic, critical care, geriatric, and surgical rehabilitation. His dual exposure to hospital and community environments has equipped him to support clients with complex disabilities across a wide range of presentations and stages of recovery. He is also actively involved in quality improvement projects within Local Health Districts, focused on improving service delivery and health outcomes.
Matthew combines an evidence-based approach with patient-centred goal setting, prioritising functional independence, safe exercise progression, and community access. He works collaboratively with clients and all stakeholders to ensure therapy goals are meaningful and consistently progressed. Matthew speaks English and Cantonese.
Madison Cohen
Madison is a physiotherapist with experience in home and community care, working primarily across aged care, NDIS, and community physiotherapy services in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Since graduating in 2018, she has delivered a broad caseload including one-on-one home visits, hydrotherapy, gym-based rehabilitation, and functional exercise programs, supporting both older adults and people living with disability.
Madison applies a client-centred, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, with a strong emphasis on functional outcomes, independence, and quality of life. She works collaboratively with clients, families, support workers, and the broader multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and support safe, sustainable progress.
Occupational Therapists
Nancy Lee
Nancy is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience at St Vincent’s Hospital. She has worked across acute wards, inpatient rehabilitation, and community settings, managing surgical, orthopaedic, neurological, oncology, and geriatric caseloads, and has held senior roles overseeing service delivery and junior staff supervision.
Nancy has a strong interest in neurological conditions, intellectual disability, and functional independence. Her clinical expertise includes activities of daily living (ADL) retraining, upper limb and fine motor rehabilitation, and supporting clients to safely engage in meaningful daily activities.
Nancy also provides Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and NDIS-compliant report writing, assistive technology (AT) trials and prescription, and home modification assessments to support long-term independence and safety.
She takes a client-centred, evidence-based approach, working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to set realistic goals and achieve sustainable outcomes. Nancy also speaks Mandarin, supporting clear communication and culturally responsive care.
Jason Le
Jason is an occupational therapist with five years of experience working across NDIS and insurance-based settings, supporting participants with cognitive and physical disabilities, developmental conditions, and mental health presentations. He has developed particular expertise in assistive technology prescription, functional capacity assessments, and capacity building interventions.
Jason's approach to occupational therapy places the client's values, needs, and safety at the centre of all decision-making. He works collaboratively with participants, families, clinicians, and formal supports, believing that a shared, informed approach across the support network leads to the best outcomes.
Amy Collins
Amy is an occupational therapist with experience providing NDIS services across a broad range of ages, disabilities, and backgrounds. She has supported clients with varying functional capacities and goals, with a focus on daily living skills, functional capacity development, and community participation.
Amy takes a proactive, client-centred, and holistic approach to occupational therapy, and is passionate about supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives through meaningful, personalised intervention. She works collaboratively with clients, families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure therapy is practical, tailored, and outcome-focused.
